You already know what you want.

I'll show you why you're not doing it yet.
Let's talk

30 minutes, on Zoom, free.

On paper, it all adds up

Tuesday, 4:40 pm. You've got more done today than others do in a week. The emails, the list, two meetings nobody else would have taken on. And right at the bottom of the list, the same item has been sitting there for three weeks. You push it down again. The conversation. The decision. The call.

You know exactly what it means. That's why you keep pushing it.

Not unhappy. Not at the end of your rope. Good enough not to change anything. And not good enough to shine.

If you know this feeling, you're in the right place. You're not ungrateful and you're not undisciplined. You're standing at a point nobody ever gave you instructions for: everything is safe. And now what?

There's more. And I want it.

Maybe you already know where you want to go. Most people only know one thing. That's enough. We'll find the where.

From knowing to doing

You can explain your problem in three sentences. You've read, listened, maybe taken a course. And still nothing has changed.

That's not on you. Knowledge is everywhere today. Every answer is three clicks away, every course bookable, every question put to an AI. And that is exactly where you can get lost. Maybe you too still believe the next course will do it.

Change doesn't happen in your head. It happens when you make mistakes. When you laugh at yourself. When you run in the wrong direction and turn back. When you take yourself a little less seriously and trust life a little more.

That's exactly where profiling begins: where the next book won't help any more. One to one, in depth. I look at what you can't see yourself, because you're standing right in the middle of it: the pattern beneath the good intention. The sentence from your childhood that still has a say before you even notice you're deciding.

Who's speaking

I studied statistics and ran a large organisation in my early twenties.

I worked in crisis response and functioned in a big corporation. Very well, in fact.

Today I live alone in a house at the edge of the forest in Lithuania and chop my own firewood.

I didn't drop anything I'm good at. Only everything I never had a reason for.

I know the pattern that's holding you. I had it myself. For years.

Three things I've kept.

Why I do this

I want the light to come on for a great many people.

That you find your inner compass again and trust it. That you stand firmly in yourself and lead your own life again, without fear of the next step. That you get help when you need it, and no longer need it to know who you are.

That's what I work with you for. For as long as it takes, until you no longer need me.

In a group, one to one, or as a team.

Three ways to me.

They don't differ in what happens, only in how close you want it.

3 months in a group

You know what you want. You just don't set off because you'd have to do it alone. Here you go with others who are just as far along as you.

Not for you if you can't keep the three months free.

Kompass
One-to-one guidance

You've read, understood, tried. And still you don't do it. Here we look at the pattern underneath, at your pace, and between sessions too.

Not for you if you're looking for a shortcut.

To Kompass
Zusammenspiel
Team guidance

Great at what you do. And yet it always rubs at the same spot. Each person sees their own pattern, then the team sees how the patterns interlock.

Not for you if only one person wants it.

To Zusammenspiel

Not sure which way is yours? Then that's the first question in our intro call.

The smallest step

You don't need to bring anything. No plan, no clarity.

Just one thing: there's more. And I want it.

I can't make the spark for you. If it's there, I'll find it.
