Strahlkraft · 3 months in a group

Back to you. Into your glow.

Into your shine.

You already know what you want. This is where you set off. For three months, with people who hold you.

On your own, you drop out
every week all over again.

On Sunday evening you know exactly what you want to do differently. By Wednesday the week is full again, and the resolution is lying where it lay last week.

You've read books, taken courses, maybe filled a whole notebook. It isn't a lack of knowledge. It's just that nobody asks how it's going.

You're not too weak. You're just alone.

You don't have to do this alone. You have to decide.

My grandma used to tell me: strong women don't need anyone. Up to a point, I believe that too. And it applies to anyone who has learned to carry everything alone. But it's incredibly exhausting. And it's a lot more fun with others.

You can do it alone. It gets easier with others.

People who don't ask whether you're sure.

But: What did you do this week? Where did you drop out? What are you taking on before next week? That's how every call I lead begins.

And if on Wednesday you're about to drop out, you don't wait until the next call. You write it in the group chat. And someone answers. Often me, too.

Everyone walks their own path. Nobody sets off alone.

Three months

First feel. Then set off. Then keep going.

1
Feel.

You say your longing out loud, even if it isn't finished yet. For one week you write down in two columns what drains your energy and what brings you joy.

2
Set off.

A first real step. Small, but in your life and not in your head: a call, a sign-up, a no. When the resistance comes, you'll see: everyone has it right now.

3
Keep going.

The step becomes a rhythm that suits you. For two weeks you keep your own small routines, and the group checks in.

Courage isn't starting capital. It grows as you walk.
I want to be part of it

The group can stay. Even without me.

After three months you have the tools to keep going on your own. And people who know what you're talking about. If you want to carry on, carry on. You don't need me for that.

Why this exists

I'll be honest with you:
this path is lonely.

Finding out what really makes you happy is something nobody can do for you. I had to learn to listen only to myself and to be my own best friend.

Only then did the right people come. The ones who cheer me on and whom I cheer on, even though their longing looks completely different from mine.

You walk the path to yourself on your own. But you don't have to wait until you've arrived to have people who cheer you on.

Not for everyone. For you?

For you if

  • you've long known it can't go on like this, and still do the same thing every week
  • you've tried a lot on your own and notice that you keep dropping out
  • you really want to keep the three months free

Not for you if

  • you're looking for a group where people feel sorry for each other
  • the responsibility lies with your boss, your partner or your childhood
  • you'd rather work one to one. That's what Kompass is for.
The spark has to be there already. And whoever joins shows up every week.

Just one more thing first.

Know that sentence?

More stable first. Safer first. This one project first. The list never gets shorter. And the pull that's here today won't get louder if you wait. It gets quieter.

“Someday” isn't in any calendar. Three months with a fixed start are.

How it works

Intro call

30 minutes, free, on Zoom. Together we'll see whether the group is your way right now.

Your profiling

In the first month, your individual profiling and two one-to-one talks with me. You don't go into the group with a borrowed goal, but with your own.

Twelve weeks together

Every week, 90 minutes live on Zoom, led by me: 30 minutes check-in, 40 minutes on one topic, 20 minutes for your next step. In between, the group chat, where I'm there too. For exactly those moments when you'd otherwise drop out.

Strahlkraft
in English.

If you'd like to join an English-speaking group, tell me in the intro call. Then you'll be the first to know when it starts.
